We’re slowly re-emerging from our week at ISTA — still tender, still expanded, still glowing with what moved through us.
It feels like we walked through layers of time, memory, and soul… dissolving, remembering, and coming back home to ourselves in new ways.
Everything is still rippling through our bodies — integrating in waves, like aftershocks of something sacred and ancient. Words feel too small, too flat, too human to fully hold what unfolded.
So for now, we’re letting these images speak for us—for the portals we walked through, the parts of ourselves we remembered, and the love we softened into 🫶🏾
